Frisco Mountain Bike Trail Update Aug 1, 2012 ITS DONE!
The Frisco City Council approved our mountain bike trail at Tuesday night's session. Once the agreement has been signed by the City Manager, expected within a week, the official "building" of the trail will begin. Exciting times!! We've been telling you to get your shovels, rakes and lawn mowers ready - now you can put them in the car and wait for our team to make the call to work. We're hoping to have a 2-3 mile track ready for September use. The organizational team is meeting in the next week and we'll post the schedule here. Thanks again to our supportive City Council, Mayor, CDC and Parks Department for pushing this initiative. Also a big thanks to DORBA and their role in the development and implementation.
