The Tribute and Shawnee Trail CC, Winners All Around
Shawnee Trail Cycling Club’s inaugural partnership effort with the good folks at The Tribute turned out to be a lot of fun and proved to be a great way for community residents and cyclists alike to show off their overflowing abundance of good will. We counted well over 100 cyclists stopping to take advantage of the eats and drinks spread put out by the builders and residents at The Tribute Resort and Golf Community. Much more than we cyclists are used to at rest stops, there were blueberries, yogurt, fresh granola and bananas. Don’t forget the drinks as well along with some nice giveaways provided by the builders, who each braved the cold to welcome the cyclists.

We had representative groups from the PBA, Lifetime Fitness, Shawnee Trail (of course!) and others. Many took the time to speak with the residents, visit the model homes, meet the builders and put their name in the hat for a very nice prize put up by The Tribute.

Did you miss out? Well, Pat Bolinger didn’t!
And, a surprise! – We are very pleased to announce that Pat Bolinger of the PBA has been awarded a round of golf for four at The Old American Golf Club (a $600 value). Pat was with one of the PBA groups that took time out of their Saturday morning ride to stop by.
Additional awards have been provided for Keith Whitehouse, Ron Lillis and Dennis Krilic.

Great day out on the bikes, with a little reward thrown in! This won’t be the last time you see The Tribute and Shawnee Trail working together to add some benefit to your day.
A sincere thanks to all the volunteers and contributors involved that made this day possible.
